HOW I WORK

## Judgement, independent of delivery

### Decisions before deliverables

Every engagement is organised around the decisions you need to make: what to build, what to change, what not to build, and how to govern the risk.

### Independent of delivery

Advice is not shaped by who implements it. If Webskitters is the right delivery partner I will say so plainly; if it is not, I will say that too.

### Evidence over assertion

Findings are tied to what was reviewed: architecture, code, data, process and people. Where something cannot be verified, the report says so.

GETTING STARTED

## How engagements begin

01 →

### Share the context

Use the form on the relevant service page, or the contact page if you are unsure which fits.

02 →

### A focused first conversation

We discuss the decision, the constraints and whether I am the right person to help.

03

### A written proposal

Scope, format, involvement and outputs are agreed in writing before any work starts.

NOT SURE WHICH FITS?

## Describe the situation.
We can work out the rest.

Most engagements start with a question rather than a service name. Share the context and I will suggest the most useful form of support, including when that is not me.
