Co-founding Webskitters in 2010 began a long-term commitment to building with technology — and to the people and decisions that make that work possible.
Today, my focus connects technology strategy with AI transformation. The questions have expanded: which capabilities should a business build, where can intelligence improve the way it operates, and how should leaders guide that change?
I approach those questions through architecture, commercial context and organisational readiness. A promising idea matters when it can become something a team can operate, improve and take responsibility for.

Clear responsibilities give people the room to make decisions. Leadership should strengthen judgment across the organisation, not concentrate every answer in one person.

A busy roadmap is not a business result. Connect effort to the problem being solved, and keep asking what changed for the people using the system.

The quickest route today can become tomorrow’s constraint. Make the important trade-offs explicit, including the ones that preserve room to change.

Technology moves faster than any fixed playbook. Ask better questions, test assumptions and stay willing to revise a decision when the evidence changes.
